Cross Dock Supervisor

**What You'll Do**
Work directly with our Home Delivery teams and CSR staff, and assist with the daily activities of our warehouses.
Facilitate order picking and help to enhance the accuracy and efficiencies of our practices.
Assist with planning and routing and ensuring we are able to deliver the best customer service possible to our clients and vendors.
Implement and deliver both incentive programs and necessary corrective behaviour programs.
Administrative support and other duties as required.
**Who you are**
You have experience in leadership roles and managing teams. You have a glowing personality that allows you to work with a multitude of individuals and also allows you to gain respect in your given work.
You actively seek solutions for both the challenge at hand and also match the longer-term vision of what we want to create.
Your skill with a computer allows you to quickly learn and navigate new programs and software. You may even have a knack for 'digging in' to new programs out of sheer curiosity and in the interest of improving efficiencies and understanding.
You have a fantastic attitude and know that this is one of the number 1 features of creating success for yourself and those around you.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
