Autoglass is looking for a full-time Custodian Autobody Shop Helper to join its team. Kirmac is a family owned and operated leader in the collision repair industry. Kirmac is seeking energetic individuals to be part of our company.
Custodian Duties:
Clean shop and office floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
Gather and empty garbage and recycling
Clean and dust offices and breakrooms
Clean and scrub windows, overhead doors, mirrors using cleaners, sponges and squeegees
Clean and scrub shop walls and corners
Clean and dust shop equipment and machines frame machines, sanding machines, welders, etc
Clean and perform simple routine maintenance on spray booth and paint mixing room
Clean and organize tool benches and carts
Pressurewash building exteriors, signage and parking lots
Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and equipment used in janitorial work
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize while working independently
Working knowledge of applicable safety regulations
Able to lift and carry up to 30 - 50lbs
Available to work flexible hours when given proper notice Day or Afternoon Shift
Qualifications:
Valid BC Driver?s License
Nice to Have Qualifications:
First Aid Certificate
Forklift Operator Certificate
Building Service Worker Certificate
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage:
$20.00/hour
