Job Summary:
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Under close supervision, as an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their legal and identity theft needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal Inbound Sales Consultanthas been a high performer in customer-facing roles that require them to build relationships through a consultative process to meet the needs of the customer. We are also looking for someone with an aptitude for sales who has thrived in a quota-based and competitive environment.

Cross-sell and upsell products.
Utilize feedback to improve performance.
Drive to set aggressive goals and surpass them.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable u tilizing technology and multiple platforms at once
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong active listening skills and ability to overcome objections.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Positive team player
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
Physical Requirements/ Work Environment
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is required
No travel required
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and otherwise move up to 15 pounds at times and occasionally up to 30 pounds
The ability to frequently, physically move between departments/ floors
