Compensation:
$17-18/hr base + tips + bonuses avg of $22/hr all in
Part-Time or Full-Time employees choice
We operate Mon-Sun starting at 7:
30am. For Full-Time, we offer a compressed workweek 4 days on, 3 days off

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude.
Truck Operations:
Safe operation of the "
Junk Driving Machine"
.
Junk Removal:
Heavy and light lifting and removal of "
Junk"
from client locations i.E. couches, chairs, appliances, yard, electronics, and garage junk
Marketing:
Engage in guerrilla marketing activities to increase revenue and put more money in your pocket.
Sales:
Convert estimates into transactions.
**Requirements**:
Have customer service and/or sales experience.
Have a valid Class 5 driver's license GDL ok
4+ years of driving experience, and a reasonably clean driving record because it's more fun to arrive in one piece...
Be able to work full days, weekends, and some holidays - 10 hour days, a compressed workweek means you get 3 days off a week.
