Customer Service Representative

**Pentalift Equipment Corporation** is one of North America’s largest manufacturers of loading dock equipment and industrial lift tables.
**_Primary Responsibilities:
_**
- Create quotations and orders to match customer requirements
- Provide information to Estimating and/or Engineering to facilitate quotation process on customized special orders
- Track orders and follow up with Plant and Customers as required
- Prepare expedites, order status, order delays, change order requests and other required documentation during the order process
**_Qualifications:
_**
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience working in an inside sales or similar role within a manufacturing setting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team oriented environment
- Knowledge of Industrial equipment and an aptitude for understanding technical information would be considered an asset
