Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of our major Oil and Gas clients located in Moncton, New Brunswick. As the first point of contact for some of the organization's largest accounts, you would be responsible for ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and resolving any issues with their orders. ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone and emailFollow up on any customer inquiries or issues to ensure their prompt resolutionProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments (sales, warehouse, supply chain) to meet customer's needsData entry in SAP and SalesforceQualificationsAt least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experienceExperience with various sales and customer service systems such as SAP and SalesforceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
