Our manufacturing client, in the North end of the GTA, is currently looking to add a Support Administrator to their team. This will be a day shift role that is currently working from home numerous days/week (after the initial training period). Candidates must be flexible with being on site daily, for training, and be prepared should the company call everyone back to the office full time. If you love a role where you can wear many hats, always be learning, and have opportunity for growth, then this position is for you. This role will be responsible for supporting the Account Services Coordinators, Customer Service Team, Inventory Team, and AP/AR Team. This is a floater position. It will involve;
managing existing, and new client, dealing with their orders, order entry, preparing purchase orders, arranging shipments, etc. This can include confirming load accuracies, shipping work sheets, customer inventory systems inquiries, etc. Eligible candidates will have a grade 12, or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Accounts focused role, ideally in logistics or manufacturing.This position offers a flexible salary, extended healthcare benefits, Employer RRSP contributions, laptop/cell phone allowances, and the flexibility to work from home after training (this could change in the future).Please attach your resume to apply now.
