LawDepot.Com is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Data Analyst in Edmonton, Alberta. Working with the Revenue Operations team, this position will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis of website user behavior. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities for a hybrid work schedule.Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct usage analysis on experiment and non-experiment data to understand customer behaviorAnalyze and understand why customers take certain actionsDevelop plans to track website usage and to improve event reportingImprove and maintain automated reportsCommunicate data analysis results and recommendationsCreate new projects based on experiment resultsCollaborate with analysts, software developers, and key stakeholders Deliver data-based recommendations and identify next stepsDiscover data trends and findings across different projects &
experimentsBuild attribution models for website event trackingCreate reports and data visualizations to increase the quality of analysis being deliveredCollaboratively identify relevant KPIs for individual projects, and engagement metrics (usage, renewals, etc.) and how they should be measuredHelp Senior Data Analysts with planning future phases for various projectsCreate quarterly/annual reports and presentationsKnowledge and Skill Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computing Science, or other Analysis related programsExperience conducting analysis on large datasets High level of proficiency with SQL coding, creating reports, and running queries Knowledge in data analysis and visualizations tools (like Python, R, D3.Js, Matplotlib, etc.)Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Visualizations, Formulas) and Project Management softwareKnowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques Ability to work independently and manage complex projects Experience with statistical analysis Ability to summarize complicated analysis and make it easy to understandStrong interest in data analysis and developing creative solutions to problems Understanding of relational database structures and principles Why You Should Join the LawDepot Team:
