Data entry Clerks are responsible for sorting, organizing, processing and maintaining data for businesses. They focus on handling all administrative data-related tasks and help businesses ensure that all information entered into databases or systems is correct and accurate for stakeholder use.Responsibilities:
- Ability to gain an understanding of products and complete order entry and invoicing
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Other related duties as assigned
- Receive, coordinate transfers, cross reference documents and manage stock rotation
- Manage inventory control, maintain procedures and audit trail to ensure accuracy
- Data entry and various administrative tasks
- Minimize shrink by investigating and reconciling discrepancies
- Observe safety procedures whilemaintaining a safe, clean, and presentable environment
- Exemplify company core values and understand the company missionREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Language:
MUST UNDERSTAND CHINESE AND ENGLISH-Education:
College/ undergraduates
- Excellent multi tasking skills
- Detail Oriented
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge with ERP/SAP system would consider as an asset
