We bring together the best of educational science, technology, and childcare expertise to unveil the child's infinite potential.OverviewThe Director of Admissions is a full-time, salaried position within a 12 month work schedule. The Director of Admissions will report to the Vice President of Operations and perform administrative and supervisory work including recruitment efforts, training, traveling, and other child enrollment tasks among our Fueling Brains Academy locations. The Director is responsible for developing marketing and strategic plans that will distinguish Fueling Brains as the school-of-choice for prospective children and their families. The Director of Admissions is a member of the Support Office Team and will work cooperatively with the Executive Team, Registration Team and Academy Team. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops long-term strategies and implementation plans in accordance with enrollment priorities Provide guidance to the team with regular reports/planning documents to the Executive Team on results of enrollments.Travel to all Fueling Brains Academies to provide ongoing training and supportFlexible schedule to serve families in the evenings and weekendsCreate guidance and trainings on inspecting campus sites to ensure tours and enrollment/registration documents and systems are up-to-dateConducts presentations for external events to showcase new school and current school facilitiesEstablishing and strengthening community partnerships and channel partnersManaging budget for promotions and tuition discounts for programManage strategic plan for retention and re-enrollment of studentsCommunicate with stakeholders regarding opportunitiesPresent marketing opportunities for siblings/events/enrollment goalsReporting to VP of Operations in developing and maintaining a positive school/community climate and a safe and healthy environment conducive for academic successDirect support for academy leaders in helping to build strong relationships and maximizes the company’s enrollment performancePlay leading role in high-level enrollment management decisionsDemonstrate professional behavior, including discretion, good judgment and integrityServe as liaison between Registration Team and Support OfficePerform other duties as assigned by VP of OperationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferredExperience in a managerial or leadership role in the education industryGreat understanding of business functions (Sales, Registration/Enrollment, Marketing)Proven track record in strategy-building, honesty, and ethics in business and implementationWorking knowledge of data analysis and performance metricsExcellent organization and leadership skillsTop-notch supervisory and conflict resolution skillsThe ability to both lead and executeHigh level of attention to detail, energy, creativity, and flexibilityStrong interpersonal, organizational, networking, facilitation and management skills;
work both independentlyand within a team-oriented structureInnovative and entrepreneurial approach, including solutions-oriented Ability to work well under pressure and meet target goalsRequires some work in evenings and weekends, as well as travel.Position requires absolute confidentiality and professionalism in appearance, attitude and presentation.Work Environment Requirements:
