Overseeing all District Manager's performance and results.Responsible for the smooth operations of all Freshslice store locations.Setting guidelines for evaluations, recruitment, and advancement.Reporting results to senior management.Requirements:
2 + years experience in Franchise restaurants or similar experience.5+ years experience in Food &
Beverage or Management in a Franchise.Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals.Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.Job Types:
