What youll do:
Duties will involve a variety of activities including, but not limited to, the following:
Balancing of reports and confirmation of sales orders for invoicing.
Performs data entry duties related as required.
Confirms petroleum orders and maintains temperature correction data.
Balances meter reports with computer information and maintains bill of lading printers.
Assists with clerical duties as required.
Confirms carrier freight from bills of lading, including truck and rail dispatch as required.
Maintain FCL Truck maintenance records and produces monthly freight report.
Prepares letters and maintains files on driver infractions.
Assists in obtaining and recording statements and produces accident, spill, and mix reports.
Inventory management at corporate bulk plants;
tracing and expediting of shipments.
Claim processing and telephone duties as required.
Maintain computerized truck loading systems and assist with issues as required.
Other duties as assigned.

You have a high school diploma, plus a business course typing 50 WPM, which includes data entry training on comparable equipment or six months data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
