Toys R Us Canada, proud to be Canadian owned and operated, has an opportunity for a full-time Distribution Centre Administrator - Fulfilment on the day shift. This position is performed in our Concord Distribution Centre.Shift Times:
Monday to Friday, 9:
00a.M. to 5:
00p.M.The Distribution Centre Administrator - Fulfilment will perform various administrative duties from preparing shipments for customer orders and courier pickups to assigning pick tickets for orders. Performs various administrative duties as required for daily operations.Prepares necessary documentation including printing and applying shipping labels for customer orders.Prepares address labels and bill of lading(BOL) for outgoing shipments, using TechshipLoading trailers (using various material handling equipment)Palletize shipments for courier pickups ensuring deadlines for orders and courier pick ups are metAssigns pick tickets for ordersPerform dispatch functions as needed and completes all courier paperwork.Communicating with carriers via telephone or emailProvides excellent customer service and responds to inquiries within set timeframesCommunicating with various parts of the organization, especially the Sales teamEscalates urgent requests as needed to the DC ManagerEnsure internal and external customers’ requirements are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional mannerMaintain your work area in a safe and organized manner, ensuring housekeeping standards are adhered to.Comply with Toys”R”Us Health and Safety policies, procedures and standards and with the OHSA.Must be able to meet all productivity standards established by the company.Performs other duties and projects as assignedQualifications:
