**Role Overview**:
- As an Early Childcare Assistant Instructor, you will engage in delivering high-caliber education and training.
- Your role will involve developing and implementing effective curriculum, evaluating student progress, and guiding students towards successful careers in early childhood education.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or an Early Childhood Educator’s Diploma from a recognized college.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Early Childhood Education.
- **Current membership in the provincial association for Early Childhood Educators.**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience or formal training in teaching adults is highly regarded.
