Early Childhood Assistant

**Responsibilities include**:
- supporting positive interactions and behavior guidance for children that encourages self-regulation and healthy self-esteem
- ensure the safety of the children and their environment,
- to work and speak effectively and professionally with parents, families, outside agencies, and other team members,
- contribute to the on-going operations of the centre ensuring centre policies and Ministry standards are followed and maintained.
**$2 (included in the wage) is supplied through a Government Wage Enhancement Grant**
