Electrical Technician - Cwi

The **CLIMATEWORX (“CWI”) division is the proud designer and manufacturer of precision air conditioning equipment for mission critical heat loads. **Our products can be found worldwide in data centers, airports, government embassies, military/national security facilities, building automation rooms, and archive/museum installations. The Cable Talk division manufactures a line of server racks and cabinets and other associated equipment for use in data centers and other.
We are looking to build on our tradition of innovation and growth with the addition of an **_Electrician or Electrical Technician _**to our team.
The Electrician will be responsible to lay and wire electrical panels, as well as terminate wiring at devices within the machine. Within this responsibility will also be considerable opportunity to contribute on development of production standards, methods and materials with the goal of meeting and exceeding industry best practices.
- Read schematic diagrams, bills of material, build instructions
- Know proper wiring methods for industrial control devices
- Have a working knowledge of electrical code
- Assemble, inspect and test finished electric and mechanical assemblies (electrical panels)
- Workmanship must be neat and done to best practices
- Have competence in the use of electrical hand as required by best practice wiring methods
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience panel wiring
- Electrician license preferred but not required
- Experience and ability to use small hand tools (calipers, crimper, etc)
- Ability to read and create wiring diagrams
- Job task planning and organizing
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to handle physical requirements of job (continuous standing, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.)
