Energetic, Happy And Outgoing Nanny In The Ocean

We are a fun, close-knit family living in White Rock looking for either a part time or a full time permanent live-out nanny to look after our two sons, ages 5 years old and 2 years old. We are a professional couple who treat our nannies like a part of our family! If you love kids, are very punctual/reliable, and have a flexible schedule, we would love to chat with you!
**The Role**:
- Loving and nurturing child care professional for two children
- Simple meal prep/cooking for the kids
- Light housekeeping (put away toys and groceries, dishwashing, laundry, clean up after kids, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada (no work permits or sponsorship)
- Fully vaccinated is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Mandarin and/or Spanish an asset
- Must take direction well and be teachable
- Experience not necessary
- Having access to a vehicle and a Class 5 driver's license is preferred as there’s only one infrequent bus that stops in our neighbourhood. However, we won’t need you to drive the kids around as we prefer to transport them ourselves.
- ECE diploma is ideal
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- FoodSafe Level 1 is an asset
- One reference required, 2-3 is preferred
- Criminal Record Check (required prior to hiring)
- We’re looking for either a part-time or full-time nanny and preference will be given to those who are able to work some weekends and evenings. Evening shifts will start at 3pm until bedtime (10pm at the latest).
- Preference will be given to those who know how to swim
- Must be a non-smoker
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Starting at $24 per hour (commensurate with experience) through payroll
- Probation period of 3 months
- Regular reviews with pay increases based on performance
