CGH provides well rounded experience and skills to their employees and employees participate in all aspects of a project from the initial startup to the delivery of the final product. This allows new employees to grow their skillset quickly and advance within the company. Though on the job training will be a key part of success within CGH, knowledge of Trafficware Synchro, Transoft Autoturn, and Microsoft Office 365 would be beneficial to quickly jumpstart your career at CGH. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and oral communication skills.QualificationsPast experience should include:
·Civil engineering co-op,·0-4 years experience with a civil engineering consulting firm or municipal/provincial government engineering agency, or·Recent graduate of an eligible engineering program.
