Working and advising on Estate Planning filesPreparing wills and trust documentsDeveloping and maintaining superior relationships with clients and other team membersUnderstand clients needs to get the best outcome for themBe comfortable with business development with support of the marketing teamRepresent clients in a professional manner and close files in a timely mannerCommunicate with clients before, during and after receiving a fileAdhere to all legal and ethical standardsDrafting documents for their estate planning and wills clientsSuccessful candidates must have:
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Wills and Estate Planning LawyerExtremely detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and project management skillsHave sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectivesMember of the B.C BAR and in good standingCompensation and PerksCompetitive salary between $110,000 to $185,000 plus bonusesBenefits and vacation
