ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER
Reporting to the Estimating &
Major Projects Manager,our Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for working closely with customers and all departments to estimate agricultural, custom and international projects, providing project management and technical support as they move through design and manufacturing to on-site construction.
**This role requires**:
- Completion of an Engineering Technician / Technologist Diploma or related discipline.
- **Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered**.
- Two to three years experience in Project Management and/or Estimatingpreferred.
- **Experience in the AG Industry, construction and/or manufacturing environment is required.**
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings and specifications and interpret building code requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs are a requirement. Ability to work with software like Stetchup and Advance Steel.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
superior telephone etiquette and a resourceful problem solver.
- Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure.
- Some travel may be required.
