Beverage Supervisor BelmontJOB SUMMARYTo exceed guests? expectations by serving quality food &
beverage products efficiently, courteously and correctly. Works closely with the F&
B Manager and Food &
Beverage Service Staff. Assists in overseeing orders and scheduling as well as the general operation of Food &
Beverage.DUTIES, TASKS,RESPONSIBILITIES &
EXPECTATIONSAssist in orientating, training and developing food &
beverage staff.Assist in ensuring that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.Help with staff scheduling and job descriptions/specifications for the department.Help establish quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the department.Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to, including provincial laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages.Help enforce policies and procedures for the food and beverage department.Consults with other Department ManagersHelp develop ongoing training programs for food, service and bar production.Continually work to ensure the minimization of china and glassware breakage.Personally handle guest complaints advising the F&
B Manager about appropriate corrective actions taken.Lead by example in promoting the company goals of customer service, satisfaction and teamwork.Sell and serve food&
