**Food Operations Supervisor I, Permanent Full Time**
**Nutrition and Food Services, Long Term Care, Gander**
Definition of Work:
**Required qualifications**:
- Graduation from high school with a diploma recognized by the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education and Early Childhood Education.
- Completion of a course in Food and Nutrition Management approved by Central Health.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety in healthcare, clinical dietetics, and occupational health and safety legislation.
- A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.
- A satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP or local police authority.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Considerable supervisory experience in a health care food service setting.
**Hours of Work**:
75 hours bi-weekly (Shift work may be required)
**Salary**:
NB-28 ($25.87-$28.65) Non-Union, Non-management
