**_Job Description_**_:
_ _Duties include but are not limited to_following a specific care plan,_mobility assistance and supervision, personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting, peri care etc.), range of motion exercises, keeping track of inventory, charting, meal preparation &
cooking, feeding assistance, and encouragement, light housekeeping (sweeping, kitchen cleaning, laundry), engage in music therapy, and companionship. _
