**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:
- Detailed cleaning of residential and commercial units
- Following proper procedures and safety protocols
- Detailed cleaning of residential and commercial units
- Cleaning of Biohazardous and Non-Biohazardous jobs
- _**Biohazardous jobs**_ include:
pest management (bed bugs, cockroaches, etc.), crime scene cleaning (trauma, death), narcotics (paraphernalia), bodily fluids, animal waste (pigeon feces, dog/cat/ mice, etc.)
- Non-Biohazardous jobs:
move out cleaning (full top to bottom:
ovens, windows, bathrooms, walls, fixtures), post-construction cleaning (wipe downs, windows, floors)
- Communication with clients, Project Managers, Scheduling Administrator, etc. (phone etiquette)
- Driving company vehicles to and from sites
- Packing loads by following checklists
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
- Keen attention to detail
- Have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Clean Drivers Abstract (3 years)
- Clean Criminal Background check
- Over the age of 25
- Experience with hand tools
- Full time availability >
Monday to Friday 8 am -5 pm <
- Some weekend workand overtime will be required
- Reliable form of transportation
- Working smart phone
**COMPENSATION**:
- Competitive hourly wage $18 - $25/ hr.
- Bonus pay for all Biohazardous Jobs!! +25% on top of the regular hourly wage EG. $20/ hr = $25/hr
- Extended Health and Dental (after 90 days)
- Work with a close-knit team of professionals who love what they do
- PAID on the site training
- Company vehicles for driving to all jobsites during work hours and pay for drive time between jobsites!
- Provision of all cleaning supplies and equipment required!
