General Labourer (Student Contract)

Yard labour is hard physical work can be carried out both inside and outside in extreme climatic conditions. Incumbents may put up with dust, dirt, mud, grease, insects, extreme temperatures and other outdoor and manual work related conditions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Organizes the yard
- Operates a variety of machinery
- Manages shop inventory
- Assists in loading and unloading of drill mobilizations and demobilizations
- Works with Operations to assist in the necessary tasks to complete drilling services.
- General labour as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Typically requires High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of the drilling industry is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Vast knowledge of machinery (large forklifts, skid steers, dozers, skidders).
- Able to maintain records and inventory.
- Dedicated to working in a safe manner.
- Committed team player.
