Demonstrate comprehensive financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&
L analysis. Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives.Guest Satisfaction:
Champion the guest experience by ensuring every interaction is infused with warmth and authenticity. Address and resolve guest concerns with grace and ensure feedback is leveraged for continuous improvement.Community Engagement:
Act as the face of the establishment within the community. Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, and community organizations to drive brand loyalty and reputation.Qualifications:
