We are in search for a Gluten Free/ Vegan baker specialist with experience in baking using NUTS flours like Almond flour, beans flour to make healthy pastries for special diets clients.
- Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or degree
- Experience:
At least 1 year

- Commercial Kitchen
**Tasks**
- Prepare low or no sugar dough for pies, bread, rolls, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings STRICTLY according to recipes
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery
