Maverin Inc. is hiring a Government Helpdesk Specialist to be responsible for closing incidents, problems and Service Requests which are assigned to them they are also responsible for notifying the clients by telephone or by E-Mail of the status, the call solution and ensuring that the issue is resolved. The solution provided to any issues should always be documented in the call logging tool.
The tasks could include but not limited to the following:
College diploma or University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.Experience:
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment.Experience in supporting Office Automation tools such as MS Office Suite.Have 1 year of experience in supporting electronic messaging services, network, Internet and/or Intranet related issues and in supporting Windows Operating System.Security Clearance:
Must hold a valid Enhanced/Reliability Clearance.Language:
English
