As a guest service supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Assists the Manager in day to day duties
- Receives and processes incoming customer reservations
- Greets customer and finds out what they want (dates, times, type of rooms, etc.)
- attends to guests needs and requests
- all other duties as assigned
