**Key Responsibilities**
In this exciting role, you will:
- Lead, coach and motivate colleagues all Health and Wellness staff to secure efficient and courteous customer service
- To respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times
- To maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales’ goals and budgets are met
- To hire all part-time staff and train new employees
- To schedule all clerks in accordance with labour requirements
- To interpret and administer Company policy and ensure compliance with the union contract
- Responsible for maintaining the condition of all counters, displays and back room
- To ensure the safety and sanitation of the department
- Lead, motivate and manage performance of employees
- Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
- Be accountable for departmental financial objectives
- Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
**Requirements**:
We are looking for Talented, Passionate Leaders with:
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accept responsibility for Health and Wellness operations
- Three to five years’ experience in the retail industry and in merchandise management
- Prior management experience a definite asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
