Hiring Installers & Labourers - Artificial Grass

Lasting Lawns is a Coquitlam based company specializing in artificial lawn and putting green installation.
Experience in hardscaping or artificial lawn installation is of course an asset but training is provided for preferred applicants.

The owner of our company has been installing artificial grass for over 10 years in a field that is only getting busier and we want to train the industries next best professionals.
**Job Duties**:
Installer:
Grading aggregate to form base for artificial grass
Measuring/checking measurements of area and artificial grass layout
Cutting turf
Laying seams
Oversee installation process and final site inspection
Labour:
Digging up sod or dirt
Wheelbarrowing
Shoveling, hauling, raking and compacting aggregate
Moving rolls of turf and pallets of 50lb sandbags
Site clean up
**Hours**:
We typically meet on site for 8am and off site by 3pm
These hours differ throughout the summer where we may start earlier to beat the heat.
**Pay Rates**:
Skilled installers:
Based on experience
Labourers:
$20hr to start
Boot allowance - Rain gear allowance - Seasonal bonuses
*Valid drivers license and transportation to and from site. (Our sites range throughout the lower mainland and may often not be transit accessible.)
*Willing and able to work in all weather conditions.
*Able to lift min. 50lb repeatedly.
*Steel toe boots.
*Positive and respectful attitude.

$20.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
