Asset Caretakers are responsible for the housekeeping and overall care of the home and property, keeping it in great condition for the homeowner and ensuring guests view the home as fresh and well maintained. While Housekeeping &
Asset Caretakers are not expected to perform specialized maintenance beyond their scope, we understand they are not trained in trades, there is an expectation to perform minor maintenance tasks as assigned. No matter which property from our portfolio of properties that a Housekeeping &
Asset Caretakers is at,we expect a high level of attention to detail including luxury level cleanliness, proper stocking of amenities, ensuring worn out items are removed, documentation and reporting of property deficiencies, efficiency with tasks, and self-motivation.I’m
**Salary**:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
