Key Accountabilities

Change Management Administration- Supports enterprise change management practice through data entry, analysis and reporting on activities captured in the change platform.- Provides advice to enterprise change management leadership based on a deep knowledge of corporate data collection approaches (i.E., surveying methods) and organizational characteristics- Coordinates, schedules, tracks, and monitors surveys conducted through the change management platform.- Coordinates and tracks employee impact assessments on activities captured in the SGI Initiatives document and documents impact score.-
- Conducts, in collaboration with OCM Consultants, the change intake assessment to determine what support level is required based on initiative information provided in approved Decision Item, Business Case or Information Item.- Manages SharePoint Planner Departmental tasks ensuring that progress, responsibility, checklists and notes are kept current.- Provides administration support to all OCM activities as required.- Researching change management platform release notes and impacts and building it into schedule.
Change Management Support and Execution- Collaborates with OCM Consultants to create and update change reporting facilitated through the change management platform.- Analyzes data captured from change management platform surveys to enable OCM Consultants to proactively create change tactics to support successful change- Manages the change status report cycle ensuring reports are created, updated and shared at the appropriate reporting frequency.- Collaborates with the Manager, Internal Change Management to manage the quarterly enterprise change management reporting.- Partners with OCM Consultants to support the execution of the change management plans created to implement change activities in the organization.- Manages green tier change efforts through consultation with business areas and provides advice to aid in the successful implementation of change.
Change Management Reinforcement- Partners with OCM Consultant to manage the activities described in the reinforcement plan (i.E. compiling survey results to support OCM in creating tactics).- Supports OCM Consultant in monitoring change adoption for newly implemented changes (i.E. reviews and compiles feedback from surveys, town halls, etc. for use by the OCM Consultants).- Coordinates and co-facilitates changes retrospectives to capture learnings for implemented initiatives.- Coordinates and schedules quarterly check-ins with Senior Leadership of all OCM supported portfolios for OCM Consultants.- Manages support materials listing of change articles, supports, and training available through SGI resources.

Corporate Management- Enables the success of programs and policies that are in alignment with corporate, strategic and divisional strategies.- Manages risk in area of authority.- Ensures that the Health, Safety and Emergency Management Policy is applied in area of responsibility.
Education and Experience- Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business.- Three years related experience in human resources, including experience in data entry and analysis.- A Prosci Change Management Certification or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Knowledge of the principles and practice of insurance, underwriting policies and procedures, and applicable insurance products.- Knowledge of premiums, coverages, and deductibles for applicable insurance products.- Knowledge of reinsurance principles.- Knowledge of the applicable regulatory environment.
