**HY-TECH DRILLING IS LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM IN SASKATOON, SK OR SMITHERS, B.C. THIS IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **In 1 month You Will **_
- Complete our digital orientation program, designed to get you up to speed on our business, vision and processes.
- Work one-on-one on with a multitude of team members on dynamic work tasks to gain first-hand exposure to how each member functions within their role/department.
- Connect with senior team members to begin gaining an insight into our individual and collective purpose to ensure coordinated and effective efforts.
- Gain exposure to and provide support to full-cycle, high-volume screening and recruitment with support from key team members.
- Work with cross-functional teams to learn about existing pain points in recruitment, onboarding and field-deployment to continuously adapt and optimize our approach.
- Gain direct exposure to the inner workings of targeted and strategic advertising efforts which contribute to building and fueling a talent pipeline.
- **In 3 Months You Will **_
- Gain the confidence and capability to autonomously carry out full-cycle entry-level screening, recruitment and onboarding.
- Gain exposure to industry-leading injury management and return to work practices from our experts, work to become a functional pillar of support for affected field members.
- Work to carry-out and hone our in-house performance management and development objectives by working with corporate and field leaders to create value for all parties.
- Begin to more confidently support cross-departmental needs after regular previous shadowing of key team members.
- **Between 6 Months and 1 Year You Will **_
- Gain introductory exposure to full-cycle investigative/disciplinary processes, being the quarterback in numerous stages, with guidance from experienced senior team members.
- Function effectively within an efficient and evolving workflow, while having the exposure to make informed and strategic suggestions to contribute to increased efficiency and performance
- Work closely with department leadership on key strategic objectives, often in a self-directed manner but with collaborative guidance.
- Become a main point of contact for cross-departmental support by using the relationships you’ve built with key leaders to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges.
**THE SETTING**
This position is either based out of the Branch Location in Saskatoon, SK or the company headquarters in Smithers, BC. Office work environment with some travel required. This is an in-person position so the successful applicant would be required to report to Saskatoon or Smithers office locations for work.
**THE SCHEDULE**
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, corresponding with hours of work required in the branch location. There will also be some requirements to be available after hours and on weekends during busy times and to be ‘on call’ some weekends.
