Job Description:
Role &
Responsibility:
- Leveraging the use of tools that facilitate access to information for product and portfolio management purposes (Aha! roadmap software, SharePoint, Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce, etc.).
- Acting as an administrator and providing ongoing maintenance to these tools, including providing reporting metrics and analysis for operational support.
- Assisting with the deployment of new information tools and software.
- Assisting with product documentation and the creation of templates, including supporting the information manager with governance related to this documentation.
- Providing guidance to team members for efficient information sharing, document management, etc.
- Supporting the information manager and team directors in compiling monthly product portfolio management reports, keeping records and collecting KPIs.
- Supporting the information manager in implementing best practices and lessons learned related to information creation, collection, and reuse.
- Supporting the information manager with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting team leads with other reporting needs, where needed.
Business Stakeholder Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Information Management, Data Management, Business Administration, Communications and/or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, JIRA or Confluence. Ability to embrace new communication and content management technologies.
- Excellent execution skills and attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including in different time zones.
