Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we'll provide you with extensive hands-on training will give you all the tools and resources you will need to sell our products to our customers. After building a Norwood Sawmill during your training, you will become a fundamental part of the Customer Experience Team.
**A typical day for an Inside Sales Specialist at Norwood**:
- Engage with new and existing customers to educate, consult, inform, and ultimately close the sale.
- Drive and exceed all sales targets by contacting provided leads daily, creating new opportunities through cold calling and following up on existing leads.
- Research and stay up to date on the competitive market place to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers at all times.
- Build relationships with the customers to understand their specific needs to provide them with suitable products.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and their exclusive features.
- Assist with customer service-type inquiries related to operation of the sawmill, accessories, shipping and handling.
