**MJB Technology Solutions is looking for an **IT Services Sales Executive **for our organization and the role includes delivering the following**:
The IT Services Sales Executive solely/independently carries and delivers the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and new revenue targets of adding the new accounts / clients (Corporates, Companies, Businesses, Enterprises, Organizations, MNCs, etc.) and expands the business of MJB by:
- Identifying the prospects / hunting and selling the MJB Tech’s IT and Digital Technologies suite of services and solutions to convert the prospect into MJB’s new client
- Regularly getting in-person meetings and formal / informal interaction opportunities with potential decision makers and high-ranking stakeholders and influencers from within the prospect organizations and to be able to have effective and influential discussions/ talks to get MJB Tech positioned in their value circle of go-to strategic business partner and vendors
- Building an effective network of highly potential prospects and strategically/tactically converting them into MJB’s clients and gets business to meet their monthly and quarterly targets (New Accounts Addition, New Revenue - Non-recurring)
- Getting MJB Technology Solutions enlisted as the prospects preferred go-to, priority, strategic IT Partner / Vendor.
The IT Services Sales Executive will be solely/independently carrying and delivering on targets as set by the management in following areas of MJB’s portfolio of IT and Digital Technologies services and solutions:
- **Enterprise IT Staffing Services and Talent Fulfilment**
Onsite, Onshore / Offshore - IT and Digital Technologies - Experts, Skilled workforce, Technical Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, Solution Architects, Niche / In-Demand IT / Digital Tech skilled staff, etc.
- **Enterprise IT Solutions, Projects, and Services Delivery**
Single-handedly capable enough to proactively bring in new and long-term IT delivery projects and programs from the prospects / potential clients across Canada without participation / having to participate in bidding, RFI, RFP process and without the need to make too risky investments (time, material and monetary), towards prospects building, nurturing and relationship development
**In **IT Services Sales Executive **essential skills required**:
- 5+ years of (Information and Digital Technologies) IT Services sales experience and a proven track record of getting new business, accounts, and clients
- Very strong communications skills in English (Business / Formal and Informal interactions, conversation, presentation, negotiation, and Public-Speaking)
- Very strong interpersonal skills and influential personality traits
- Understanding of IT Services and Solutions in general and to be able comprehend the portfolio of MJB Technology Solutions in order to solely/independently bring the business to meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets of (New Accounts Addition, New Revenue - Non-recurring)
- Regularly getting in-person meetings and formal / informal interaction opportunities with potential decision makers and high-ranking stakeholders and influencers from within the prospect organizations
- Ability to have effective and influential formal / business and informal communication with high-ranking stakeholders and influencers towards establishing and developing strategic relationship as their preferred, go-to partner and vendor
- Result and Goal oriented work approach with least to minimum support and dependency on others and be able to reach the target solely / independently
- Ability to deliver and meet the set targets in the cutting-edge competition from the highly influential competitors / organizations and high pressure to perform and showcase the results
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
