ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a new joiner, you will play a key part in the Commercial Lines Sales team. As part of their mentorship program, you will learn all the best practices and some groundbreaking new ones from the brightest minds in the business. After the first year, you will have the opportunity to spread your wings further and transform into a Producer, and later on to a Partner/management role.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Build a solid understanding of Commercial Insurance
• Follow up on leads and proactively generate new business prospects
• Utilize creative and unconventional sales practices to go above and beyond
• Build a strong network and close relationship with small, mid-sized and large businesses
• Analyze clients' needs, advise and educate them on different policies
• Provide tailor-made solutions to ensure your customers get the best possible coverages

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Genuine drive to build up a successful sales career in insurance
• Driven, proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn

COMPENSATION

• $40,000 - $50,000 base salary depending on previous experience + commission and performance bonus
• Competitive benefits package
• Education sponsorship for any insurance designation
• Working hours:
  Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (can be flexible)
• Work-from-home opportunity
