Junior Property Manager Construction Labourer

**Property Manager x Construction Labourer**
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Junior Property Manager | Construction Labourer to join our team. You will participate in a variety of property + construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor.
This position is intended to be a balanced hybrid between **"
Getting you hands dirty"
providing general labourer tasks**, to **customer service mindset support to our residential and commercial tenants**! Work and focus will be internal to support our own current or incoming tenants.
**Property Management Responsibilities**
- Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
- Support tenant recruitment through interviews and background checks
- Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
- Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
- Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files
- Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
- Site cleaning of common areas
- Internal service support to tenants for general repairs and maintenance
**Construction Labourer Responsibilities**:
- Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
- Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
- Assisting trades and contractors, e.G. electricians and painters, as required.
- Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Painting, flooring installation, and other general labourer tasks
