Skills required / Responsibilities:
- Must have at least 2 years of kitchen experience.
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods to continuously perform essential job functions.
- Basic knife skills required.
- Ability to prepare and mix basic recipes, as well as knowledge of food service equipment use and maintenance.
- Effective teamwork and mínimal supervision skills.
- Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Clean and sanitize the workstation area, including tables, shelves, walls, convection oven, and refrigeration equipment.
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
- Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.
- Complete opening and closing checklists and assist others in opening and closing the kitchen.

**Salary**:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours:
20 - 40 per week
