Laboratory Manager

To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a **Laboratory Manager** to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating with program managers the projects/product testing and validation using the resources of the lab
- Daily scheduling resources of the lab on projects and tasks.
- Responsible of optimizing timelines with resources and material availability
- Inventory management of the lab with the help of inventory clerk
- Ensure proper revolving inventory parts refresh and manage ageing inventory
- Ensure proper recycling and renewal of license and lab tools
- Enhancing and maintaining proper process and documentational for lab procedures
- Enforcing standards engineering process and template
- Evaluate and track work time efficiency using KPI;
quarterly presentation of workload efficiency
- Establish a professional and efficient rapport with technical teams, design and project team in Montreal
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar field;
- Technical background in a DEC program or recent graduate of an Engineering program;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
- PC/Server hardware knowledge requirements;
- A good work knowledge of PC /Server hardware platforms
- Familiarity with Testing Software that validates system stability &
provides results of stress testing scenarios and analysis;
- Problem-solving attitude and meticulous approach.
