Labourer/Apprentice

We are looking for a laborer to join our team! Advancement opportunities are available, work hard and become a Bricklayer apprentice. Join the Local 1 Union and receive pension + benefits. Your new career awaits!
We need someone who has their own transportation and is punctual. You must be a hard worker and motivated to make money. For the most part this job will be Monday to Friday and about 44 hours but we sometimes have to push hard and push through some weekends. The eager and reliable worker will be rewarded.
We are willing to train but any of the following would be an asset:
- Bricklaying Laborer Experience
- Driving Zoomboom and Forklift (heavy machinery experience)
- Building Scaffold
- Use of Chop Saws and Power Tools
- Operating Mortar Mixer / Cement Mixer
- Driving Flat Deck Trucks and Pulling Trailers
- Experience doing shift work, Example (10 and 4)
- Proven Track Record of flawless attendance at work
**Certifications**:
(We can provide training but considered an asset)
- CSTS (required)
- First Aid
- Fall Arrest
- Zoomboom and Forklift Certifications
- Scaffold related tickets
- Fit test for Half Mask + N95 dust mask
**Salary**:
$24.00-$42.00 per hour
