**Pay**:
$18-23/hr plus tips to start, with regular pay increases based on experience, responsibilities and performance.

**What you’ll be doing as a Field Team Member**:
- **Customer Service**:
WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
- **Truck Operations**:
Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (so a valid standard driver’s license is required)
- **Junk Removal**:
Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "
Junk"
from residential and commercial client locations (i.E. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk)
- **Marketing**:
Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
- **Sales**:
Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible - because we all need to care about our planet.

Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading &
unloading of customers’belongings.

**Qualifications**:
- 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
- Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
