Description
Job Duties:
- Assisting on site to install and service smart energy systems.
- Assist in coordinating project tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead and train new installation team members.
- Organize and clean site, office and organize -shipping materials and containers.
- Assist equipment operators and other skilled labourers with various tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work at heights.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Able to create and maintain positive relationships with clients and team
Members.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- For Installers, you must provide your own tools, such as a high-quality impact driver, tool belt, measuring tape, channel lock pliers, ect.
- You must provide your own PPE:
Steel toe boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat, gloves and safety glasses.
- Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- High attention to detail.
- Good Organizational skills.
