Landscape Sales Assistant (Maternity Leave Coverage)

**This position is a 12 month term, covering a maternity leave with potential to continue permanently. This position would be Monday
- Friday, from 8:
00am - 4:
00 pm, averaging 37.5 hours /week.**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct as needed
- Customer management including new sales screenings and entering new leads into the CRM
- Together with sales team, manage all incoming sales leads and sales pipeline
- Manage subcontractors and approved contractor packages (WSIB, Liability Insurance, etc.)
- Process all permits and locates needed for sold jobs
- Process signed contracts for all divisions including contract renewals, organization, and inputting jobs into LMN Time
- Create Job Information Packages
- Regular updates to LMN pricing
- Client surveys to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist Sales with new client estimates and proposal packages
- Assist with maintenance, gardening, and snow contract renewals
- Assist with production items such as material organization, sourcing, and ordering
**Qualifications**:
- Strong personal leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a supportive role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, ability to work with database programs
- Willingness to teach and learn from others
- Strong knowledge of landscape materials would be an asset
