Landscaping Crew Members

Gateman-Milloy Inc. is an award-winning firm specializing in site development, ICI construction and property maintenance based in Kitchener. We are currently recruiting for **Crew Members** and **Crew Leaders** to join our Property Maintenance Division. Our Property Maintenance Division operates year round and offers various landscaping services to many local commercial clients including landscape maintenance and snow removal. We can offer year-round work and provide company-paid group benefits and pension.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Cutting, trimming and raking grass
- Bed maintenance including soiling, mulching, spreading top soil
- Weeding grounds and gardens
- Trimming and pruning plants
- Operating equipment including:
blowers, trimmers, pruning equipment, mowers and line trimmers
- Winter maintenance including snow removal, shoveling, salting
**Requirements**:
- Experience in landscape or property maintenance and snow removal considered an asset
- Must have good interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to operate equipment effectively and safely
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
