Landscaping /Sodding Crew Lead/Foreman

We are based in Concord (Vaughan) and CURRENTLY RECRUITING for the 2024 summer season, and are looking for talented and hard working landscape professional.
Pay rates are based upon your experience, knowledge and abilities.
WHO ARE IDEAL CANDIDATES?
- Morning People (we start at 7:
00am!)
- A valid G class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Knows how to drive a truck and trailer.
- Previous landscaping and/or sodding, and team management experience is REQUIRED.
- Grading and sodding experience is a must.
- Ready to work hard
- Able to learn fast
- Proven ability to work in a team is essential
- A TEAM PLAYER that is able to build, manage, motivate and lead his team while delivering the best quality of service possible.
WHAT WOULD MY ROLE BE?
- Reporting to the general manager, and supported by team members, you will manage one of our Sod Installation teams.
- Leading, managing and motivating the team!
- Lawn installation and softscaping related activities.
