Landscaping Supervisor

We are currently hiring and looking to add a Crew Leader to our team for Spring. RJS Landscaping is a fast paced, fast-growing company located in the Quinte region. We specialize in creating custom outdoor living spaces while providing landscaping services, property maintenance, excavation/grading, and snow removal services.Pay can be discussed.Bonuses and Profit Sharing.Job Duties:
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to be a contributing team member. Adhere to company safety protocols. Comply with Ontario Health and Safety regulations
- Diligent, hard-working individual with a desire to work. Ability to work wellunder pressure. Understand both written and verbal instructions
- Operation of various equipment Skid, Excavator, Backhoe
- Maintain company tools/equipment. Actively participate in job briefings.Requirements:
- 3 years construction experience. Valid drivers license. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Clear understanding of setting slopes, installing pavers, building walls, drainage.We look forward to hearing from you.Expected Begin
