Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Managing food and beverage inventory
- Seeking ways to improve operations &
processes
- Maintain standards for kitchen cleanliness &
ensuring consistency ofcleaning schedules
- Tracking food waste
- Prep and set up of workstations and equipment
- Cook breakfast and lunch dishes with various utensils and cooking equipment
- Ensure all food/other items are properly stored
Skill Sets Required:
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of culinary procedures &
standards
- Abilityto work independently &
as a team
- Abilityto work under pressure
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome immediate issues
- Knowledge needed for organizing and planning staff, inventory &
costs
