Locksmith Shop Manager

Durham Regional Locksmiths is seeking a shop manager to supervise shop operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone and schedule service calls for techs.
- Provide assistance in shop to customers.
- Pinning and repairing locks.
- Cutting keys.
- Perform key coding and rekeying services.
- Order materials.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, inventory, and customer information.
- Issue invoices.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in the locksmith trade.
- Knowledge of lock types, key systems, and security hardware.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Reliability.
**Salary**:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
